Even with this much damage to the van, this Ford Transit Custom was a failed theft attempt thanks to the Locks4Vans Deadlocks which we previously installed.
A recent break-in attempt has highlighted the importance of quality vehicle security. The van, initially fitted with a standard-sized Locks4Vans External Repair Plate, which unfortunately attracted the attention of would-be thieves.
Even through they tried to get inside, they failed thanks to the Deadlocks installed on the doors. These Deadlocks held firm, keeping the van’s contents safe despite visible damage to the exterior.
The original repair plate was swapped out for an extended version, providing better coverage and a cleaner look. The new extended plate not only conceals the damage but also acts as a more noticeable deterrent.
