Our Bulkheads for vans include – Punched, Solid Metal and Plywood.

Punched: A punched bulkhead is manufactured from robust zinc coated steel and finished with powder coating. It has anti-corrosion properties and is tailored to individual van makes and models. With the holes in the steel, it allows use of rear view mirror without compromising security. Quality bulkheads visually enhance your vehicle and prevent potential damage caused by goods in transit. They also help to deter thieves.

Solid Metal: A solid metal bulkhead is manufactured from robust zinc coated steel and finished with powder coating. It has anti-corrosion properties and is tailored to individual van makes and models. With it being a solid sheet of steel, it allows the front of the van to be quieter and stays dust free compared to a van without a bulkhead. The Solid bulkhead provides a complete visual barrier between the cab and the load area, keeping tools, stock and equipment hidden out of sight.

Plywood: A plywood bulkhead is manufactured from plywood. Bulkheads effectively fit the contours of the vehicle and every care is take during fitting. The ply wood which is used for our plywood bulkheads is cut in house using our CNC machine by specialists. Unlike a metal bulkhead, a ply wood bulkhead can be modified in the future if necessary. Whereas, making modifications to a steel bulkhead would compromise the strength of the steel and is not recommended.
