Turbo3 Roof Vent
This Turbo3 Roof Vent is a small wind powered low profile rotary roof ventilator. It is designed to exhaust hot air, moisture, and pollutants from the interior of your vehicle. Suitable for vehicles such as vans, buses, dog vans, horse boxes, ambulances, 4×4’s, boats etc. Smaller rotary roof vents are perfect solution for ventilating your van.
The designers have created this small roof vent to protrude a maximum of 59.5mm above the vehicle’s roof, making it low enough to fit under most roof mounted carry racks. The 8 vaned air scoop rotates freely while the vehicle is in motion drawing out stale air. It utilises natural wind power to create a ventilation effect. As wind passes over the vent, it causes the internal turbine to rotate, drawing air out of the vehicle.
Made from a tough white uv stabilised abs construction with a stainless steel spindle (3 bolts of different sizes supplied). This type of roof vent typically includes a turbine head, which houses the rotating turbine, and a base that mounts on the roof. The turbine head catches wind from various directions and maximises airflow.
When installing the Turbo3 Roof Vent you will need to cut just 80mm out of the roof. Installing it with a ‘bond on’ base facilitates ease of installation; it does not require any fixings. Installing the vent involves positioning the base on the roof and securing it properly. Then attach the turbine head to the base, enabling it to rotate freely.
They possess ultra reliability, maintain a low noise level, and require no maintenance. It operates without the need for electricity, making it an energy-efficient and cost-effective solution. By promoting air circulation and ventilation, it helps regulate inside temperatures and reduce reliance on air condition systems.
