Installations guarantee

Because we only use accredited engineers we will guarantee the installation of your product for the duration of ownership.

Parts supplied and installed

If you have paid for an item with installation and a problem with the equipment occurs within 12 months, then contact us straight away to discuss the problem with our technical department who will advise you what to do.

Should a re-visit be required, we will arrange for an engineer to come and repair the fault free of charge only if this is down to the engineer/faulty product

(Please note this does not cover batteries, user error, broken or damaged equipment or equipment that has been tampered with or modified in any way).

Equipment warranty

All equipment supplied by Vehicle Accessories Ltd will be covered by our back to base 12 month warranty- unless installed by one of our accredited engineers or stated otherwise.

Un-opened packages

We will happily refund or exchange an un-opened product within 10 days of the purchase date. The product must be un-tampered with and we will not refund post and packaging costs. If you have cancelled the order without good reason a 20% admin fee, plus a restocking fee as we see fit.

Incorrectly supplied parts

If we have supplied an incorrect part we will happily replace it and refund your postage costs (receipt will be needed), upon receipt we will send out a replacement.

Opened packages

Should you return an item that has been opened, it will be checked against our records of serial and part numbers. If it is in a new condition we will exchange the item for another product or refund the money (minus a 20% admin fee and a 10% repackaging fee as we see fit).

Products that have been fitted or used

On receipt of an item that has been used or installed within 30 days of the delivery date, it will be checked against our records of serial and part numbers. It will then be returned to our supplier for replacement. Once we receive a replacement product we will happily refund (minus a 20% admin fee).

Items returned after 30 days from delivery will be exchanged once checked against our records of serial and part numbers.

Post and packaging costs

Unfortunately we are not able to offer refunds or cover postage and packaging costs unless an item was sent in error, or as stated above.

I highly recommend Lee, Dave and the Team at Vehicle Accessories after they did a fantastic job for a one off bespoke van fit for my business. I approached them with a rather radical high concept idea, Dave did a great job taking notes from my extensive brief. He made a great effort to listen and take notes along the way making sure he understood and made suggestions for materials which really led to a much better end product. A particular highlight was a suggestion for them to fabricate a wall mounted Steal Mesh cage system for my equipment which far exceeded my expectations of quality and engineering. During the planning stage and construction suggestions were made to change materials and systems for what they thought would work better for the project as it developed. The end product was perfect and done to a very high standard, it really turned out better than I ever hoped for. Communication throughout was excellent with regular updates, fast responses and easy dialogue when confirming details or discussing changes. Changes were managed quickly and efficiently throughout the build with a great deal of flexibility and professionalism. Even though I was just having just one bespoke build being done for myself I felt highly valued as a customer and treated with the same level of respect and attentiveness as someone ordering a fleet. The quality of work and customer service will certainly mean I’ll be coming back for my next van project.
