Side Panels
Side Panels are the most important part of the system. They are used for the external part of a unit and also the internal part to hold drawers.
Front Flaps
Create a storage space around your wheel arch by using a Front Flap. Totally open at the back to allowing bridging over wheel arches.
Aluminium Shelves
Aluminium Shelves are the most popular and lightweight part of the system. Various Ribs & Folds create a shelf that will take up to 120kg evenly spread per shelf.
Aluminium Bin Rack
Each Plastic Bin sits in it’s own recess front, back & side to side. The shelves are designed to take up to 90kg per shelf.
Aluminium Drawers
Each drawer has a weight bearing capacity of over 60kg per drawer. Each drawer comes with 3 standard dividers.
Service Cases
The service cases (or Screw Boxes) feature a unique mechanism that prevents accidental opening and are made from steel. Each case includes a standard layout of compartments.

Domex Bikes came to us with the below idea to fit into the rear of a Vauxhall Movano. They are a Mobile Bike Repair company and needed extra storage solutions for their tools and equipment to repair or service your bike at your home, work, or on the go.
We then sent the customers idea to Vankit for them to recreate the customers drawing into a CAD design. This gives us and the customer an idea of what the racking will look like once it is installed into the van.
This was the finished project once our engineers have installed the Vankit Racking.
