Fixed Swan Neck Towbar (TowTrust)

A Fixed Swan Neck Towbar (TowTrust) is becoming increasingly popular in the UK. A type of towbar, designed for towing trailers, caravans, or other towed equipment, exists.

This towbar features a sleek and integrated design with a curved neck that extends from the rear of the vehicle. It provides a sturdy and secure towing connection. This design of towbar is less likely to affect reversing sensors due to its slim-line design. Tow-Trust’s fixed swan neck towbar also allows for 20mm of adjustment on the towball height and 20mm of adjustment away from the bumper providing an adjustable towball position to suit your needs.

Tow Trust designed the Fixed Swan Neck Towbar to be compatible with specific vehicle makes and models. It’s important to ensure that the towbar is suitable for your vehicle before making a purchase.

Installation involves securely mounting the towbar onto the vehicle’s chassis using the provided mounting brackets and hardware. The fixed swan neck design ensures a strong and reliable attachment for towing purposes.

The fixed swan neck towbar is compatible for use with an Alko stabiliser without the requirement of a replacement towball.  Unfortunately the fixed swan neck towbar is not compatible with common accessories such as bumper protectors or tow-steps. They also cannot be used for a cycle carrier whilst towing at the same time.
