Using a modern CNC machine, we are able to produce large and small quantities of ply lining kits, to a high and consistent standard. We can cut a variety of materials for ply lining from plywood to container deck.
We have chosen the Biesse Klever CNC router as it capable of cutting a wide range of sheet materials including acrylics, plastics, metals, aluminium composite panels, woods and laminates. The Klever is a true PC based CNC machine featuring an x-axes with dual helical rack and pinion, it has a y-axes driven by helical rack and pinion technology- providing higher performances. Also, the aluminium table offers higher flexibility with both vacuum and mechanical clamping.
The CNC machine has a steel frame and bridge as well as high precision linear guides and centralised lubrication; all of these features enable us to make precise and bespoke kits for you.
We have an expert CNC machine operator, who has many years of experience. We can design and program the CNC machine to cut new vehicle shapes and specifications. This includes using the latest ‘Computer Aided Design’ software to create bespoke and accurate ply lining kits.
