The Blackvue DR590X-1CH takes Full HD 1090p resolution videos, a 139º viewing angle and Sony’s premium STRAVIS image sensor and wraps it up in a compact, cost effective package.

The DR590X-1CH is a high performance Full HD dash camera with an ultra-wide 139º viewing angle, Wi-Fi connectivity and excellent low-light performance. It boasts Full HD 1080p resolution and 60 frames per second (fps) video quality and is equipped with Sony’s premium STRAVIS image sensor, providing outstanding performance in low-light conditions. Additionally, a Night Visio feature further enhances details in dark environments, where it matters most.

Thanks to the Blackvue app and the inclusion of Wi-Fi functionality, connecting to the DR590X-1CH from a smartphone or tablet is simple, making setup and accessing video files an easy process.

Video footage can also be viewed on any Windows PC or Apple Mac computer using the supplied Blackvue Viewer application. Lastly the DR590X-1CH’s compact form factor, stealth styling and discreet mounting position behind the rear view mirror, meaning it’s barely noticeable from outside of the vehicle.

With Full HD 1080p performance, the dash camera provides class-leading protection for your vehicle by recording fluid 60 fames per second video footage via an ultra-wide lens with a 139º viewing angle. A Sony STARVIS image sensor ensures the best possible image quality under any lighting conditions. GPS logging is available by adding the optimal DR90X GPS antenna.

Intelligent Parking Mode

Dash cameras are designed to record your drive, but did you know that this dash camera can also monitor your vehicle when you’re not around?

Blackvue’s unique Intelligent Parking Mode is ideal if you worry about hit-and-runs, theft or vandalism while your vehicle is parked and left unattended.

It automatically switches to Parking Mode when the ignition is switched off. It will continue to monitor your vehicle, recording and storing events for review later.

Video buffering ensures that your camera will also record the seconds leading up to the event. This ensures you have the whole picture.

Thanks to in-built power management circuitry, the dash camera will ensure that your camera will never deplete your vehicle’s battery when operating overnight, switching-off should the car’s battery level drop below a pre-set level.

Blackvue App and Viewer

The Blackvue app for iOS and Android is free to download and use and allows you to conveniently control your dash camera from your smartphone.

Access your camera’s configuration settings, video files and use camera Live View for easy set-up and positioning of the DR590X-1CH in your vehicle.

Blackvue Viewer for Windows and Apple Mac is free to download. It allows you to easily configure your camera’s settings and view video clips.

Access recordings on your camera’s microSD card, simultaneously viewing front camera footage, moving maps and GPS data including time, date and speed. All video clips are listed by date, time and recording mode (Normal, Parking, Event, etc). This makes it simple to quickly identify and archive important footage.

Blackvue Viewer also provides access to your camera’s settings. As well as the ability to update your dash camera’s firmware when necessary.
