Fleet Installation Service

We complete over 300 nationwide van installations every week for wide range of companies, dealing directly with fleet managers and retailers. Our nationwide team of highly skilled engineers and technicians are strategically placed around the UK to ensure your fleet conversion can be done at the most convenient time and place.

We can handle all sizes of fleet and our experienced engineers can easily work out the perfect solution to match your business’s individual requirements and budget.

We deal directly with a number of manufacturers including; Rhino products, Witter Towbars and Locks4Vans, and our services include the supply, install and service of Ply lining, bulkheads, racking, security, locks, alarms, tracking, bluetooth handsfree kits, waterproofing, roof racks and bars, ladder stow, tow bars, steps, lighting and electrical, cameras, parking sensors, inverters, roof vents, seat covers, handwash stations and more.

All ply racking and lining is produced here on-site using our two CNC machines by our CNC Specialist, and using only the highest quality 5.5mm ply wood.

Single Point of Contact

We pride ourselves on our customer service. When you choose us for your fleet installation you are assigned a dedicated contact who can help you get the most from our range of services, as well as give timely updates on the project progress and quickly answering any questions or queries you may have.

It’s simple…

1) Firstly, we will supply you with a booking template for you to email over the job details. This will result in a fleet best practice advice and support call/meeting when your budget can be discussed

2) A tailored van conversion design can be created, if necessary, which will then be agreed with you

3) We will then contact you/your customer and arrange a convenient time and location for the installation to take place. This will be booked in and you will receive a confirmation email

4) Our engineers will attend the site and complete the agreed work in a timely manor

5) Relevant quality checks will be carried out

6) Once the job is finished we will email you an invoice and notice of completion

We keep on file – available at your request – a customer signed copy of the mpt1362 installation form and will also deal with customer enquiries and technical questions you/your customer may have regarding the installed kit.

Our Engineers…

We have a professional installation team of expert engineers accredited by Parrot, Nokia, Smartrack, Tracker Network and many more esteemed companies. On completion of an install, our engineers will explain how to operate and maintain any new devices.

Technical Backup…

We also offer all customers technical back up – we are on hand to help from Monday to Friday and no problem is too big or too small.

Insurance…

For peace of mind we have a £5 million products and public liability insurance, and keep on record a copy of all of our sub-contract engineers insurance.

We guarantee that we will give the best aftercare service there is to offer. We are highly confident in our work and offer an unconditional lifetime warranty on all installation work carried out.

I highly recommend Lee, Dave and the Team at Vehicle Accessories after they did a fantastic job for a one off bespoke van fit for my business. I approached them with a rather radical high concept idea, Dave did a great job taking notes from my extensive brief. He made a great effort to listen and take notes along the way making sure he understood and made suggestions for materials which really led to a much better end product. A particular highlight was a suggestion for them to fabricate a wall mounted Steal Mesh cage system for my equipment which far exceeded my expectations of quality and engineering. During the planning stage and construction suggestions were made to change materials and systems for what they thought would work better for the project as it developed. The end product was perfect and done to a very high standard, it really turned out better than I ever hoped for. Communication throughout was excellent with regular updates, fast responses and easy dialogue when confirming details or discussing changes. Changes were managed quickly and efficiently throughout the build with a great deal of flexibility and professionalism. Even though I was just having just one bespoke build being done for myself I felt highly valued as a customer and treated with the same level of respect and attentiveness as someone ordering a fleet. The quality of work and customer service will certainly mean I’ll be coming back for my next van project.
